Wyoming Draft Bill Seeks to Outlaw Hemp-Derived THC Products

A draft bill in Wyoming aims to ban hemp-derived THC products and any other hemp products meant for human consumption, Cowboy State Daily reports. The Chicago, Illinois City Council is considering a proposal that would allow only businesses that hold a state issued cannabis license to sell hemp-derived cannabis products that contain THC, including delta-8, delta-10, and THC-O, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. An Arkansas lawsuit filed in federal court alleges that the state’s cannabis testing laboratories are inflating THC levels in medical cannabis products as part of a scheme to inflate prices, KARK reports.
