First Capital Region cannabis store officially open for business

The Capital Region’s first adult-use cannabis dispensary is now officially open in Schenectady.

Upstate Canna Co is located on Union Street.
Dozens of people lined up to try several different products.
The state has made many promises to advance New York’s goals of equity in cannabis licensing.
All of the cannabis at the store was grown and tested in New York State.
